It is the spirit of the Lord that gives life. The weight of our everyday tasks can drain us empty. Physical and spiritual tasks can be overwhelming at times.
As leaders, being an example and first partakers in any leadership capacity, after a while, can be very challenging. To keep momentum you must stay inspired. Staying inspired comes from a consistent source that fuels you with motivation. The bible says: “… neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the Lord is your strength.” Nehemiah 8:10
Joy is one of the keys to stay strengthened. So, as leaders we must connect to God daily for continued joy and strength. One of the ways we stay connected to God is through prayer. Prayer invokes the presence of God. “…in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.” Psalms 16:11
There are many more biblical principles on how to stay refreshed and renewed.
