ABOUT OUR PASTOR
The son of a Pastor and Elder, Overseer Daiheem Kearse who was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York, has become a leader worth following.
Overseer Daiheem Kearse discovered his voice while entertaining the natural flow of rhythmic words as a teen Christian Rapper.
It was not long after that that those words became his ministry. His “flow” became his magnet to drawing and winning young souls to Christ.
He found himself on platform after platform doing the great commission, through the powerful ministry of Christian Rap.
Overseer Daiheem followed the course that life gave him in ministry. Gleaning much from his natural parents, he pursued ministry and demonstrated a personal fervor for God.
It was in 2002 that he met and humbled himself under the tutelage of his Pastor, Bishop Archie L. McInnis, II, and Full Effect Gospel Ministries.
He made a personal vow to serve dutifully and without distraction.
His voice is heard in all leadership capacities including but not limited to Praise and Worship, prophecy and one-to-one mentorship.
Today, he is one of the most notable and respected oracles of God in our time.
Overseer Daiheem Kearse exhibits excellence as a teacher, preacher and writer with a level of intensity and conviction that is second to none.
Overseer Daiheem Kearse moves heavenly in the prophetic of which God speaks through him and brings it to pass.
His father in the gospel, Bishop Archie L. McInnis, II, the Presiding Bishop and Prelate of Full Effect Churches, one church in five locations,
has played an intricate part in his life and have helped him to develop into the man of God he is today.
To his personal credit, in 2008, “Full Effect Gospel Ministries Presents: The Ministry of Daiheem Kearse” music CD was released.
The very hip, revolutionary gospel sound is filled with strong, personal lyrics.
In the fall of 2014, after having served faithfully in every ministry leadership capacity, received the laying on of hands by his pastor,
Presiding Bishop Archie L. McInnis II, Overseer Daiheem Kearse was installed as an Associate Pastor at Full Effect Gospel Ministries, Inc.
In March 2018, Overseer Daiheem Kearse released his first book, entitled, A Beautiful Struggle….When Trials Become Trophies.
Overseer Daiheem Kearse relocated to New Jersey by faith and continued the mission God had set before him.
Then on September 8, 2018, Overseer Daiheem Kearse launched his first service as Site Pastor of Full Effect Church of New Jersey.
God still had more set up for Overseer Daiheem Kearse, On August 27, 2022, Overseer Daiheem Kearse was consecrated and set apart to the duties
and honors of Overseer by the laying on of hands of his Presiding Bishop Archie L. McInnis II and the presbytery.
Through all of his success, Overseer Daiheem Kearse remains humble and steadily focused on his mission to attract the lost and lead them to Christ.
