Bishop Kimberly Wallace
Campus Pastor
Bishop Kimberly Michelle Wallace a native of New York, received a B.A. and a M.S. in Education from Long Island University. She accepted Jesus Christ as a child and served diligently under the leadership of Bishop W.W. Ingram in Faith Deliverance Church. When her parents Bishop Robert Lee Armstrong and Mother Gladys Armstrong enter pastoralship, Bishop Wallace continued her journey making an impact as a young woman of God. She faithfully served as a trustee, choir director, Youth President, usher, organist, and intercessor.
She preached her initial sermon January 1990: “If Your Soul Could Talk.” Believing in Kingdom expansion and soul winning, she preached overseas in East Africa, and the Carribeans. She is known for her powerful sermons: An Accomplished Fact, This Next Move is By Appointment Only, Loyalty to Christ to name a few. She continued her biblical studies in Christian Education at Hugee Theological Institute. Bishop Wallace is currently enrolled at Penn West University studying Spiritual, Ethical, and Religious Counseling. Her indelible contributions have been widely recognized, earning her numerous awards and certificates.
In March of 1990, she began her teaching career with the New York City Department of Education. She was a senior educator and Technology Specialist at the Marcus Garvey Elementary School-P.S. 44. For over 26 years, her passion for teaching along with her diligence in working with staff, parents, and the community has played an integral part in helping the cognitive and social development of children. Her involvement inside and outside of the classroom displayed her love for children and her belief in their success. While part of NYCDOE she was also UFT Designate, School Leadership Team member, Trip Coordinator, organized prayer meetings with staff and administrators, coordinated Gospel Concerts during African American History Month, Directed the P. S. 44 Teacher’s Choir, and Student Government Advisor. Because of her grant writing, P.S. 44 was awarded Technology Labs, technology equipment, State of the Art Science Lab, and STEM Labs. After a very successful career, she retired and relocated to Pennsylvania in 2016. Even though she retired, her teaching career has continued. She believes once a teacher always a teacher. She is currently an Educational Consultant for United Federation of Teachers, Consultant for Pencil Sharp Tutoring Services, LLC, and substitute teacher for Allentown School District and Lehigh Valley Academy Charter School.
Bishop Kimberly Wallace serves faithfully and diligently under the leadership of Bishop Archie L. McInnis, II, Presiding Bishop of Full Effect Gospel Ministries and Full Effect Churches Global Alliance. Believing in Spiritual Development, Bishop Wallace taught several courses at the ALM Bible Academy. As an appointed Prayer Intercessor, Bishop Wallace prays fervently and passionately as she intercedes for those in need of prayer. In 2010 she founded the Prayer Luncheon for Educators where we gathered to pray specifically for all involved in the field of education.
March 2018 she was appointed Campus Pastor of Full Effect Church, Allentown Campus where she currently serves as Lead Campus Pastor. In March 2020, she was designated and elevated to the office of Overseer in the Lord’s church. In August 2020 she was appointed as General Secretary of the Full Effect Churches Global Alliance.

She enjoys writing for children as she is the author of two amazing books for children: “Grandma’s Chocolate Cake,” and “Sometimes, Other Times.” She believes in promoting literacy, love, and laughter in children of all ages. She is also the author of “21 Days of Prayer for Educators,” and her latest book, “Divorce Cannot Stop Your Destiny.” She is currently working on three titles to be released soon.
Bishop Wallace currently resides in Pennsylvania with her talented son Rahsheed. One of her favorite scriptures can be found in Galatians 6:9 “And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not.”
